Hi there! If you’ve made it this far, it means you’re curious about the person behind Stitch in Time Photography. Well, buckle up, because my journey to this point has had it's fair share of ups and downs.
I come from humble beginnings, raised by a single mom who poured everything she had into making a life for us. My family are immigrants who came here chasing the American Dream, and while we didn’t have much, we had determination.
Growing up, things like birthday presents, well fitting clothes, or even dinner at night weren’t always guaranteed. It wasn’t easy, but it shaped me. Having less than my peers wasn’t always fun, but it forced me to embrace my differences.
That little girl grew up and lived a life full of twists and turns. I joined the army, married, became a mom to two incredible little humans, and took on the toughest job in the world, being a stay-at-home mom (seriously, nothing compares). I’ve been a plumber (because why not?), navigated the ups and downs of life, and finally remarried an amazing man who loves me for who I am. He encourages me to live freely and unapologetically, chasing whatever sets my soul on fire.
And that’s how I found myself here: meeting strangers and celebrating their love with their favorite people. It's the most wholesome adventure and I love it!
